Clean and the staff was very very nice. The rooms were spotless equipped with window open, a fan plus a wonderful view which made up for the old interior. The location near harbour was great and lovely. Also, stayed near many attractions within 5 mins on foot from Ilfracombe Harbour Harbor. My food was lovely and gorgeous. I appreciated this stay.

The location was amazing and good, close to the harbour which is where most of the restaurants are, Bideford which Is a lovely area and beach and local shops. Before bed I went to The Admiral Collingwood for a nightcap, it's within walking distance of the hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast choices, they were gorgeous.
